I feel urged to post my objective opinion regarding their service, to remind other people what they have done to me. I took my car to fix a small problem with dvd player, waited in their store for three hours (been told only takes 20 mins, that's the reason I chose to wait, but.) and spent more than hundred bucks. End result, nothing is fixed. That's not what makes me angry, read on people. I tried to BBB, but got an offer to waive a hundred something bucks refundable deposit as showing their sincere apology if I choose to send my car back again. Have not heard of any places who fix you car charge you a deposit, that's such a nice gesture for them to waive it, but sorry I won't send my car back even if they pay me. Next, I wrote on google review about this and gave them a neg rating, guess what happened? I got a lawyer's first class mail lying in my home mailbox. The lawyer threatened to sue me if I don't remove my neg rating on google in ten days. No wonder I don't see many neg ratings of them on google.
