The Terms Of Sale on the recipient say: ""As Is"" ""No Service"" ""No Returns"" ""No Refunds"" and No Cancellations.""
Most things are sold as ""clearance"" in order to appear as a deal and to give the false impression that it is a sale or markdown, when in reality, the prices are extremely overpriced and then marked down to a semi-reasonable price with no consumer recourse or protection in the event of a defect or problem.
I purchased two set of lamps by the same manufacture on a ""clearance, one in August, the other yesterday."" I also bought several other items that equaled close to one thousand dollars in subsequent visits.
Yesterday the one lamp from the first purchase stopped working and the other lamp that I bought last night was much more damages on the shade after I took off the plastic.
I came to the store tonight to get some kind of compensation or sericve for the lamps and I was told there is ""nothing they can do for me""
It is deplorable that the policies and business practices of this furniture store allow them to sell malfunctioning and defective merchandise, then not stand by any of the products they sell.
I do not recommend buying anything from them in any way. You will buy a mediocre piece of furniture that you will be stuck with no matter what the condition is or how long you have had it. They take advantage of customers and then stand by a ridiculous terms of sale policy that is insulting and deceitful.
