Maxine (stylist), as the heading indicates, has maximum power to transform the way you look and feel. I walked into Curltopia without an appointment but with an extreme hair emergency. I was almost turned away by the receptionist as there were no appointments available, but Maxine came to my rescue! She worked me into what I'm sure was a very hectic schedule on a Saturday morning. My hair was damaged and I was feeling completely bummed about my look. I was ready for a drastic intervention like chopping all of my hair off and starting over. Maxine was professional, knowledgeable, patient and super talented at styling my hair in a 2-strand flat twist set that required little cutting and showed no signs of damage! She educated me about my hair, and advised me on what products to purchase and use for regular home maintenance! I've been using the products as advised and my hair continues to look healthy! I was thoroughly pleased with the service at Curltopia, and cannot wait for my next visit to receive the ""Maxi""mum experience!
