I was on the brink!. Of what you ask...a do-it-yourself perm. I chopped my shoulder-blade-length hair 2 years ago and while many people seem to love my curls, but they are so unruly and dry.
Curltopia was my last chance. Sarah answered the phone and she was and is sooo sweet. She scheduled me with my hair angel, Jay. The atmosphere was inviting and beautifully decorated. The entire staff was so friendly and encouraging.
Jay's work was so effortless. She showed me what to use and how to do it. Ladies and Gents, my curls were georgeous. In the store that day a lady kept staring and finally apologized saying, ""Your hair is so pretty and I thought it was a wig. I really knew it wasn't, but the curls are perfect. Where did you get it done?"" ------ CURLTOPIA!
