Effortless! Terri came to our new home, was infinitely patient while we chose exactly what we wanted, measured each window carefully, and was, herself, delightful. The blinds arrived precisely on time and were installed quickly and well. I was even given tips on how best to use them. Perfect service from start to finish. Recommend them HIGHLY! I've never had such a splendid experience with window treatments or found such nice people in the process.
