I read all the great reviews & decided to contract with Sullivan Floors to refinish my floors in the living room, hallway & kitchen. While the quality of the work was excellent, their customer service is truly HORRIBLE and I wouldn't use their services again. Their manager (Enya? Anya?) is rude & disrespectful and a complete nightmare to deal with. Eddie (who gave me the original estimate) was quite nice and professional, but I could never reach him because the manager refused to let me speak to him on multiple occasions. Then, after they finished the job, Sullivan DOUBLE-CHARGED my credit card for their services and refused to acknowledge their mistake!!! I now have to dispute the charge with my credit-card company and am faced with nearly $1,000 more in expenditures than I agreed to. I would NEVER use this company again under any circumstances!! I hope future potential customers can learn from my bad experience.
Pros: Good workmanship
Cons: Horrible customer service, Double-charged my credit card
