Review content:
I went here to have my snow tires put on because they had a coupon in the newpaper for a discounted price. When I got there the man working the front desk (perhaps the manager) was yelling at the service guys. It was embarassing, he was screaming at them to shut up and listen to him..... However, I gave him my keys and made sure they had the right phone number to call me when it was done. He said it would be done later in the day. After waiting 4 hours I began to call since I have not heard anything. No answer, so I got a ride there because I am going to need my car in the morning. I come to find they are closed for the night and my car is inside!
A call would have been helpful. I will never go there again.
If that man is the manager, I think they need to find a new one. Prefrably one who knows how to run a business.
