My parents used to go to Gaetano's when they had their restaurant in Easton and were pleasantly surprised when they reopened not long ago in Bath (closer to them anyway). They eat there almost every weekend and when I come to visit from out of town, I join them. The chef is willing to go out of his way to make entree's just as the customer requests. I really enjoyed everything, from the wait staff to the soup to my pasta. The owner even walks around and greets tables. Very intimate and friendly. They even have a banquet room for large parties and gatherings.
Pros: Beautiful surroundings, customer service, great food.
Cons: Must go up steps from parking lot, so may be difficult for handicapped individuals.
