BE WARNED, these guys are criminals and will rob you blind. I have started a small claims court case against them as well as starting a claim with the housing authority. We lived in our rental for 4 years. The day we moved we receive a letter from Quality Property Management that we owe them 4 years worth of late fees and our rent was paid on time every month(have the canceled checks). They never sent in that 4 year period of time any notices that our rent had ever been late. 4 months after we moved out and they kept our 1500 dollar security deposit, we get a letter from a creditor that we still owe them 1600 dollars, stating that they had to fix tiles on the counter(Which where broken when we moved in and is noted on the original walk through paper work), once again in the last 4 months we have not received anything from Quality stating we owed them any money. The don't ever fix anything and we went 2 weeks without heat because they wouldn't fix the furnace in a timely manner, they did give us 3 small open face floor heater, which were extremely old and a safety hazard for our small children, to heat a 3 bedroom house. And when the stove caught on fire(which was provided with the rental) it took 3 days for them to send anyone out to the house to fix the issues. THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINAL!!!!!! BE WARNED
