Their times are always extremely off. If they say 30 min it had been done 20 min ago, if they say 10 min its more like a half an hr. It does not seem there is any managment ever. The staff never washes hands after handling money, trash, smoking etc. I know because I stood there and watched while I waited 30 min for my 10 min pizza. As I was leaving I asked a staff member about it. He said he didn't know what I was talking about (smoked a cig and came right back in to toss dough). Its gross and I love pj's pizza but its not worth it.
Pros: its papa johns pizza
Cons: there is no consideration for sanitation
