I?m from North Carolina, and we are firm believers that a good breakfast is the key to starting the day off right. Me personally I believe that a healthy breakfast will set the pace for you mission to a healthier life. That being said, I give First Watch a 5x star rating. Coming from someone who lived in Asheville NC for 10yrs, where some of the best food in the south resides, that?s saying a lot. The line will start backing up, so get there early.
