My family and I visited Mason Bowl twice. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is friendly. However, the bowling infrastructure is in bad shape. Both times we experienced lanes (lane 13 & 15) with malfunctions...terrible touch screen computers, poor pin resets and ball returns. The other families on either side of us had the same problems. One of the staff members behind the counter was constantly running from lane to lane trying to fix the issues. After the 10th or so malfunction, it was annoying and no longer enjoyable for my family. Look to bowl elsewhere until Mason Bowl upgrades their facility.
Pros: friendly staff and atmosphere
Cons: poor bowling infrastructure
