Rented here for a few years before deciding to buy & have been here for 16 years now & just love it. The Condo fee can't be beat for the quality of care given the community and here is the real kicker, heat & water included! I believe management has only changed twice, in last 10-15 years and most everyone I know think of the lady at the office as family and just love her & our Condo Associates.. Come take a look & see for yourself, great people, great neighborhood, fantastic schools, my home forever!
Pros: Low Condo Fees, Excmnt Mngt, Pool & Lovly Club House
Cons: Multi Unit Bldg. 50% Owner occupied 50% Rentals
