I have been in retail for over ten years and I have never written a review (or even wanted to) before. I have never received anything like the level of service I have received here. Not only are they patient, but they explain everything along the way. They truly want to get you into the best possible outdoor products then can with the money you have to work with.
The store is staffed with extremely knowledgeable people who use they stuff they sell everyday! They are not just a group of employees that are learning out of a catalog. They love what they do and pride themselves getting people interested in it!
Not only did they get me the best deal anywhere on my first road bike, but they got me into a Thule system to carry it. ( Plus they set up it all for me! ) Then a few months later, they contacted me to let me know that they were having a free workshop on how to maintain the bike. FREE! Who else does that?
If you are looking for outdoor gear and want someone to be there for you every step the way there is NO ONE better than EMS in Amherst!
