I was very surprised to see the negative reviews. I have gone with a group of friends and the service and food were excellent. My wife arrived earlier than the rest of our group and told us that the wait staff was very friendly and attentive while she was waiting. There was a small jazz trio for ""free"" entertainment. We saw many families, with children, that seemed to be enjoying themselves. And, we plan on going for a birthday celebration in the near future. We wouldn't be returning or recommending it to our friends if it didn't meet or exceed our expectations.
Pros: Nice decor, great meat sauce, attentive service
