Our water heater died suddenly, leaving a small pond of water in our basement and leaving us with no hot water. After making several calls, I spoke to Mark of Norwood Plumbing and Heating. He was easy to get ahold of, and was available to help us that same day. Of all the plumbers I talked to, he seemed the most knowledgeable and he took his time to ask questions about our needs and then to explain all my options, and his price was fair. He gave a definite price and said that the price included everything (including the town inspection permit, which he insisted on - which I liked; it meant an objective person would be inspecting his work when finished, not to mention it is the legal thing to do) and he said the price he gave over the phone would not change once he got to our house (meaning he wouldn't get here and say, ""oh, I didn't know you'd need blah blah, that will cost more""). He came here that afternoon, did a great job, charged me exactly what he said he would, and came the following week to meet with the town inspector to make sure his work was approved. All in all a great experience. We highly recommend Mark. And he loves dogs too!
