Review content:
Called Mark at NPH company, he was here in 2 hours and replaced my water heater. Nice guy, too. He informed us that it is a code requirement to pull a plumbing permit to install a water heater and that a town of Norwood plumbing inspector had to look at his work for insurance purposes. The inspector came by 2 days later and assured us that Mark had done everything properly. He also took the old heater away and cleaned up very nicely. I would recommend him any time. Tell him Mike G. sends his regards. *smile*
