Review content:
We found this hotel to be an excellent choice because the location was great. It was next door to the train into NYC, and very near the Holland Tunnel so our driver was able to return us to our hotel quickly. We were able to enjoy NYC without staying in the midst of all the hectic city acitivity. The view from our room and the restaurant was spectacular. You can't see the NYC skyline while actually in NYC, but at the Hyatt Jersey City you can! The rooms are quite large. The restaurant food, while expensive, was very good. Most of all, we had car trouble when we began our return trip home. The hotel quickly found us the phone number of a local dealership and let us park our loaner car at the hotel for free while our car was being serviced. Their assistance was greatly appreciated. Pros: view, service, food Cons: not a good choice if you want to be in the midst of NYC, but transportation into the city is right next door
