I have been in ths shop several times and am always amazed at the snoodiness of the staff! No matter how nicely dressed we have been when we entered, they have treated us terribly! The clothes are very cute, lots of high end boutique. But unless you just really want something you can't find elsewhere, I would avoid this store. For the high prices, I would expect at least a smile and a little kindness. There are several other boutiques in Franklin where the clothing is very similar and the staff is much friendlier. I recommend visiting one of those instead.
