Businiess name:  Kuni's Japanese Restaurant

Review content:
Kuni's sushi is the best in Chicago for sure!!! It not a fancy sushi place as new trendy sushi joints coming up. This is very Traditional and high quality sushi. If you ask for rainbow roll, he will kick you out the door!! Kidding.. He is very nice. The quality of the fish is exceptional because it is hand selected, treated/cut by Kuni-san himself. It is tough to find such a quality fish even in Japan. He is the best!! If you are looking for quality suishi, this is the place. If you are looking for trendy fake sushi, go elsewhere... Because Kuni-san can get overloaded, service can ran slow on peak time but it is worth waiting for that Hamachi melts in your cheek. Pros: Best quality fish, true sushi Cons: Decor, service, variety
