I woke up one Friday morning to find my toilet had exploded and was flooding my downstairs! Suncoast had been recommended to me by a friend so I called them. They sent someone over right away. He told me what caused the problem, what they could do to fix it, and how much it would cost. He already had everything needed to fix the problem and was done before noon!
Fortunately, since most incidents like this usually take a full day (if not weekend) to fix; my boss had no doubt when I told him I couldn't come in at all that day.
