Review content:
Had floor placed 1.5 years ago. Problem with floor which they acknowledged. Kept saying they would come to repair. They set up appointments and would not show or call. Came up with one excuse after another (guy sick, saw is broken, have other jobs). Still do not have floor fixed.
Cons: Terrible customer service.
