I went to Shaban's with my mother a couple years ago. We brought 5+ pairs of pants there and all of them were hemmed shorter than we had wanted. Jeans hemmed for heels had to be worn with flats and jeans hemmed to flats were too short to wear. I have been hesitant to go back because of this experience. Workign in a jean store downtown I heard many customers with similar problems who were weary of going back. I know plenty of people had good experiences but my jeans and pants are too expensive to be done wrong!
Cons: be careful if they hem too short!
