Review content:
Buying a house for the first time can seem a little daunting. I think secretly we wonder if under the pretty exterior if there is something looming in the near after-closing distance, ready to break, sending our bank accounts into a dizzying zero. As a buyer you try the faucets, flick the lights on and off and pray that the house is truly the sound investment and steadfast rock that it appears to be on paper. John Watkins of Nashville Home Inspection is an unsung hero of sorts. He realizes the magnitude of this type of purchase and chases down every moldy board, leaky pipe, unattached thing-a-ma-gigs (in this case it was our deck) and can tell you, based on his findings if your future dwelling place is actually sound purchase. During our inspection, he caught every single nuance and issued a full report, complete with photos and in-person explanation. He is personable, thorough and most importantly treats customers with good old-fashioned kindness. We were extremely pleased with his level of customer service and the dedication he put forth inspecting our future home. Did I mention that his rates are extremely competitive, bordering on the lower end of the home inspection spectrum and that he made himself available at the last moment? Need more of a reason? We would highly recommend John Watkins of Nashville Home Inspection. The value of his service far exceeds the price he charges. If only every person who has worked on our home could?ve be like John?
