I had a very bad return experience at this store. I was called ""stupid"" by the cashier because I disagreed with the return procedure in my situation. It is a warehouse where customer service is basically non-existent to begin with so I felt like any interaction with a person should have been pleasant - but I was wrong. A previous review had said that you have to look to find something worth buying, and that is definitely true. It's rare you do find something that you can't already find somewhere else for the same price - and with nicer people to deal with. If you do decide to shop at this store, I hope you have a better experience than I did.
Pros: They have a lot of shoes but a limited selection of good quality shoes.
Cons: The employees are rude and there is no customer service to speak of.
