Review content:
The people complaining about customer service are nothing more than children in adult bodies. In this economy stores lack the sales to support the large staffs they did just a few years ago.
GB is a good shoe store with reasonable prices. People expecting dirt cheap shoes may as well start shopping at the dollar stores instead of griping. Gas is going up and so will all items from food to shoes to tires. If people would quit looking for ""deals"" and ""discounts"" they might actually find good customer service and a friendly smile. However, most people around Columbia walk in stores and immediately ask for coupons and sales. I applaud GB for its good customer service and well-trained staff.
