Update to my last posting here: I have observed this doctor violate HIPAA privacy rules by casually providing information on other clients without their knowledge or consent. Furthermore, one of his associates of whom I finally formally complained for like behavior has admitted, upon board investigation, to making false statements regarding me after discovering I filed an official complaint. Well, here's a victory for my side--the associate has been formally reprimanded by the board for this behavior.
