Businiess name:  Sapporo Japanese Restaurant

Review content:
I have been living in the Nashville area and eating sushi all of my life, but I did not discover Sapporo until less than a year ago. Since then, I've been very pleased. The sushi prices are a bit higher than most of the other downtown bars, but the quality of fish and service of the chefs are unmatched. I fully recommend sitting at the bar, however, as the servers spend too much time sit around and just chat among themselves. The chefs, however, are always friendly and gracious. The head chef remembered me after just one visit! As far as price goes, expect to pay about $15 per person if you order nigiri and maki and have an average appetite. For entrees and sashimi, expect $10 to $20. Pros: Impeccably fresh fish, great chefs, pleasant ambience Cons: Inattentive servers, slighty pricey
