We just came back from another Sunday night treat at Sapporo. The food is A+, the best sushi in Nashville (and its suburbs), extensive menu, hot and cold appetisers, ..try crab iso age and the boiled baby octopus, the sashimi and sushi are grade 1, and a nice selection of filtered and unfiltered sake. Its a bit of a drive from town..bu well worth the effort if you know and appreciate the difference between average and good sushi. Staff are friendly, ambience is OK. I wish sapporo II would open up in Mt Juliet (hint hint)
