Review content:
MIlks Enterprises came to repair a grinder pump at our place of business. He sucked the water out of the small holding tank with his truck. The plumbers noticed there was still water running into the tank and ran the pump once an hour during their repair to keep the tank dry so the pump could be replaced. They never investigated the source of the water, even though one could easily determine it was coming from the toilet running. Pretty easy to do, since there was only one bathroom plumbed to the tank! Milks replaced the pump just fine, but when I got the bill he charged several hundred dollars for ""tying-up"" his septic truck. Our staff replaced the toilet valve that was causing the water drip ($20) because his plumbers did not diagnose or repair it. Instead of seeing which of the only three fixtures tied to the tank was running the water, they elected to keep using their septic truck to evacuate the water once per hour, all the while charging me for ""tying up the truck"" Did I mention the first pump failed because it was not sealed in properly and sucked up some gravel? Well Milks enterprises installed it originally too. When I questioned the cause of the gravel with the owner Tim, he screamed at me.
