Funny reading the other reveiw, same thing happened to me !! They fixed the TV but the price kept going up after they started even though they knew exactly what was wrong from the beginning and quoted the price but after they took my parts with them it was too late to do anything about it. And talk about attitude, they won't even listen to you when you talk and try to tell them something or return phone calls after they get their money. Oh, sure they will come right out in the beginning but then you are at their mercy. Plenty of other shops out there, look around first....... I forgot to mention the fact that after they were done and paid in full they would not give a clear breakdown on parts and labor or a receipt for the work that they say they did !!!! So, Good Luck if they promissed you a warranty !!
