These guys are crooks, and it is a shame that they contract with the police departments in the area. My 92 year old grandmother is getting chemo treatments for her throat cancer so she can't walk a very far distance. All the visitor parking spaces in her complex were full as there is a man who parks 4 of his cars there, so my uncle parked by the side walk with his emergency blinkers on so that he could walk her to the car. They were in and out in less than two minutes, but when they came out the car was gone. She of course missed her appointment, and I had to go pick them up to take them to the tow facility. They made us wait 30 minutes to pick up the car--my grandmother came along as she was anxious about the car. She had to use the restroom and almost went on herself. The tow service drives around the complex at all hours of the day and night. I have heard that they have you pay them $200 not to tow your car if you see them before they take it. The tow truck guy bragged to me that he could tow a vehicle in less than 60 seconds. I was told by another senior woman in the building that the driver asked for money not to tow her car. It took her awhile to get the cash from her apartment, and when she returned, her car was gone.
