I have taken my vehicles to Kauffman Tires for years. Their service was always excellent. Last year all of their main guys stopped working there and since then their service is horrible. If you go there you might as well plan on it taking atleast twice as long as they say it will. I took my truck there last week and they said less than an hour. 2 1/2 hours later they were done, and on top of that they didn t do ANYTHING but the oil change. They never checked any fluids. My windshield fluid was completely empty and my antifreeze was low as well. I will not be taking my vehicles there anymore.
