If you like eating hard rubbery gristle this sausage for you. I complained for the last year that every time I purchased Magglio sausage I got a rubbery chunk of gristle in every mouthful. It Brings me to the point of nausea when I'm chewing a piece of sausage and having to expel out the gristle they must use the cheapest cuts of meat . it's quite obvious that they will never change their ways because it has been one year since i told them and its still the same .
