Review content:
I am very displeased with my experience with Zakian. I dropped off a rug for cleaning quite some time ago. Admittedly, I left it with them far too long, which was likely an inconvenience, but they were extremely rude to me when they called to find out when I would be picking it up. When my husband and I went to pick it up, they took payment for the cleaning fee, had us wait for half an hour, and then claimed they were unable to find it. Two days later, they called to say the rug was missing. Sure, they refunded the cleaning fee, but something tells me the $78 it cost them to clean the rug is nowhere near comparable to the value of the rug itself. Oh - and they were rude again when they called! Pros: None. Cons: Rude, not particularly accessible hours, and they might lose your rug
