I used him for years to get dies done. I never had a problem but this time I did. I told him about the problem he told me that your foil stamping guy is the problem. He is doing this wrong that wrong and nothing wrong with my die.
When you look at the die and the print they are identical.
Do not use this guy if you can, he does not stand behind his product.
Unfortunately, he is the only guy in Nashville, does this kind a work.
I paid $125.00 for die. Not a good way of doing business. I offered him to pay again so he can make me another die for me, he refused it.
Way to go !
