Review content:
I went in for an oil change. The key word being ""change"". They removed my oil, but did not but any oil back in.
A couple of months later, I go to a different place for an oil change and they tell me that ""someone recently replaced your drain plug with a larger one. It has now stripped the threads in the hole in the oil drain pan"". Two different mechanics have told me that the pan needs to be replaced at a cost of $1000.
Thanks a lot. AVOID THIS PLACE.
