Review content:
Will never use this company again. Used them for the first time this season. I had to call repeated times to get them to complete a job on my pool. Every time that I would call the woman who would answer was a complete b**ch.
Also told them that I wouldn't be home when they finally confirmed the day they would be there to do the work. I came home for lunch to see what was being done. The workers were sitting on my deck smoking cigarettes. I don't smoke, and didn't like the fact that I had to pick up the disgusting butts they dropped in my yard around my pool and deck.
When I called to complain, I was basically told ""Oh Well."" I later found out that most of the employees there are family and they don't care about the customers.
There are too many pool places in the area to put up with these unprofessional people.
My advice...look elsewhere for better business.
