Review content:
I don't just rate BBQ places on the meat and sauce. That's important, but I also want good sides. Big Daddy's has a nice selection. I had a chopped beef sandwich with corn on the cob and coleslaw. It was delish. I do want to warn you that the sauce was on the thick and sweet side, so if you prefer yours with more of a tang you might be disappointed. I loved it. The place is clean but kitschy (A little overdone on the J.R. memorabilia), the staff friendly and helpful. I heard the cook singing in the back.... it was a happy thing.
Pros: Good sweet BBQ sauce, good veggie selection - banana pudding at the sides bar!
Cons: J.R. everything. The neon INSIDE needed a good dusting.
