Review content:
They are very pushy and have an arrogant attitude about the merchandise they are selling. The salespeople at Hi Fi House make you feel bad if you don't want to spend more money than you want to spend, or if you choose not to make a purchase. The salespeople at Hi Fi House will deal with you like a stereotypical car saleman deals with their customers. I have been there several times, because I thought I would get different treatment with a different salesperson but I did not, so I would never go back to Hi Fi House. They must work on bare commission alone or something. Go to Bob and Ron's or go to The Magnolia Room in Best Buy if you want high end audio and video. Magnolia room even gives you a 30 day full refund policy. Hi Fi House will give you a week, and that's if you bring the topic up at the time of purchase. Otherwise, their policy is no cash refunds. Alos, save yourself the aggravation of having to defend your decision to not buy anything. As a consumer, you have the right to not buy something and the salespeople at Hi Fi House will badger you and make you defend your decision to not make a purchase. Very stereotypically aggressive sales force. Additionally, if you want to listen to two receivers before buying one, they will give you a hard time just to do that for you. Considering that this is high end audio and video, you expect better treatment. TERRIBLE customer service.
