Review content:
Beefeater's is average but COULD be great. The soups were piping hot, and tasty. The 20oz steak was cooked perfectly, and was fork-tender. The roast beef was also lean and flavorsome. The side dishes, however, weren't good, and spoiled the experience. The mixed veggies were bitter, and obviously from a bag. The mashed potato and gravy were also not home-made. The Strawberry Shortcake was a biscuit swimming in mushy thawed strawberries, topped with can cream. Beefeater's needs to improve these areas if it wants to be a top-notch steak house.
Pros: Prompt seating., Good value., Interesting building.
Cons: Side dishes., Location.
