Review content:
The staff at Seven Hills released my son in a self destructive, incoherent state. He was left in the lobby with a bus pass because he was too incoherent to call family to come pick him up...Because this is a ""private"" facility the staff said they can release at any time, for any reason. Evidently this includes releasing people when they are a danger to themselves. Once I did realize he was being released I went to pick him up, took him home and watched him as he fell down the stairs and was unable to speak. He was delusional, unsure of where he was and having hallucinations. After realizing that he was beyond my care I called an ambulance...once he arrived at the ER the emergency room doctor put him on a 72 hour psychiatric, legal hold! After nearly 24 hours in the ER where a private and state social worker BOTH deemed him a danger to himself, he was taken by ambulance to Spring Mountain Psychiatric hospital, where, after 5 days of proper care, his state of confusion has cleared and he is beginning his road to recovery. Spring Mountain plans to keep him for a minimum of 2 weeks in order to get his medication correct! Seven Hills released him after 4 days!!!! This facility is a disgrace...letting any mentally ill person leave the way they sent my son out is shameful. Where are the medical ethics???? Don't walk away from this facility....RUN!
