Wouldn't send my worst enemy to this company. Not only did they replace parts that were already new AND charge me for them. I also had to go there twice to get to cutting wood again. Also when I tried to talk to the cranky bald man about getting a quote only, he ""yaya""d me...THEN they fixed it and charged me without my permission. TERRIBLE, SHADY, and disrespectful to my wife also. They blamed her saying she didnt tell them to call before the repair. If you need anything having to do with saws or service. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. They will rip you off!
