Businiess name:  Spinelle Fine Jewelers

Review content:
I bought my girlfriend of 9 years and now fianc? her engagement ring in December of 2009. I found her ring at Grace?s Jewelers in San Francisco. I asked her to marry me in a hot air balloon above the strip in Las Vegas on February 1st of 2010 (our 9 year anniversary). After wearing the ring for a couple months she had noticed that some of the side stones were loose. She told me and we decided to get it fixed. My mom had recommended Spinelle Jewelers because they had done good work for her in the past. It was closer than San Francisco because my fianc? and I were both living in Santa Rosa and working in Napa. I stopped by and asked the jeweler Lori if they could tighten up the side stones on the ring. She then put the diamond under the microscope and let me know that the side stones on the other side were loose as well. I just wanted to get the ring fixed and done right because it was the most important and expensive thing I have ever bought. So, I told her do whatever tightening that needed to be done. She wrote me up a claim ticket and got my information and away I went.
