I had taken my friend to see Dr. Malle for surgery on her upper eyelids in February 2009 On the first visit the waiting/reception area was full, (good sign, good doctor) however the full waiting room did not in any way detain the staff in calling us on time for her appointment. We were greeted with a very friendly staff from begining to end. All of the Doctors staff were very informative, friendly and most professional. Dr. Maaley was very warm, took great care to take her time to dispel any fears that my friend the patient may have had. Explaining in detail every aspect of the surgery. On the day of the surgery once again all of the staff provided unbelievable service and to make sure every detail of the day was conveyed in lay terms and put my friend completely at ease. My friend could not believe that the whole procedure was completely painless and her only complaint throughout this whole experience was that she had to sleep on her back in order to help the healing process. Dr. Maaley did a wonderful, natural looking job on her eyelids. I know that if I ever have to go through such a procedure she would DEFINATELY be my number 1 choice. I am writing this behalf of my friend as she does not have computor access and she asked me to add that she would highly recommendr Dr. Maale and her staff and has recommended her several times since her procedure.
