WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?!? Today was my first time shopping at this store and will be my last. Before you even get in the store there is a sign posted that says they charge $20 to try on shoes (pretty much b/c they don't want to help you and you decide to buy some where else). We were shopping for shoes and one of the sales staff seemed to be annoyed b/c I was reluctant to have my child even sit in the chairs before I got to take a look at the shoes. (if you sit in the chair it's probably considered a shoe fitting which would incur the $20 charge) There are signs all over the store that come off a bit abrasive. I have already told 3 other mom's about my experience and plan to tell more. They act as if they are the only place in town to shop for dance wear, there are at least 3 other stores and I am not above shopping online.
