I don't know how it happens, but it did. She found a LIVE BUG in her salad that CRAWLED ON HER FORK out of the salad she was eating. This suck because it seemed like it was going to be good food. But once you find one who knows how many more they have or where they are getting their ""market fresh"" ingredients. I don't know if this is the first time something like this has happened but they should make sure its the last. We brought it to the attention of the cashier and she tired to tell us that they cant refund and only under threat of making a scene did she give us back our money. We can't recommend or go back.
Pros: nice assortment of foods
Cons: My fiance' found a bug in her salad...
