They almost chopped off my dogs tail. My vet said no reason to use scissors on a dog's tail AT ALL - and simply no excuse for almost hacking off my poor baby's tail. And then to add insult to injury they REFUSED TO PAY THE VET bill! I guess I'll have to go through the court system to get my money back... but I don't want anyone else to go through the TRAUMA that I and my children have!!! Seeing my poor dog suffer is horrible!!
