Went to K9 to discuss bad reviews i saw on this site. Was told that the lady with the 20lb cocker spaniel does not get her dog groomed but once a year, the urine saturated matts had caused sores on the skin. They said to check with animal control regarding there dealings with this women. She shoul not be allowed to own a pet. The lady with the cut tail was told the dog had not been groomed in over 6 months and there is a risk in trying to brush and cut out suck matting, she replyed I will take my chances, just do not shave my dog. They also showed me release forms signed by these to people giving them permision to try and clean up such un cared for animal. The owner told me, I guess I will just have to start reporting these kind of animal owners to the animal control. There shop is so clean and tey have been in business for over 21 years, I am quite impressed and will continue using them.
