I bought pictures of my daughter through her school and inadvertently wrote the check for $100 over the amount due. I caught the mistake in October when balancing my checkbook and called Mr. Vaughn's studio about the mistake. He deposited the check and never even called to report the amount paid was in error. I have only been able to talk with Mr. Vaugh once regarding this matter. He will not return my phone calls and has yet to pay the overage even after the person answering the phone acknowledged the error but told me I had to send a copy of my cancelled check to them before I would be reimbursed. I call weekly and even sent a ""sase"" to have the money easily refunded but now am going to contact a lawyer and small claims court. I will never buy from him again and will try to defer business to him from the Cookeville area. Mr. Vaughn is a liar.
